Remote Sourcing From Yiwu — No Trip Required
Already know what you want to buy? Send us the list and we'll source, inspect and ship it — without you ever needing to travel to China.
Is This Right For You?
Remote sourcing works best if you already know what you want to buy and can review and approve decisions (quotes, samples, shipping costs) from wherever you are — no need to walk the market yourself.
What to Send Us
- An organized product list — photos or reference links, specifications
- Quantity needed per product/variation
- Target budget per item or in total
- Destination country and target timing
- Any special requirements — custom labels, certifications, packaging
Send us your product requirements and target quantities.
We source quotations from matching suppliers — you review and approve.
Pay the invoice in advance to confirm the order.
We collect the goods and inspect them at our Yiwu warehouse.
You review and approve the shipping cost.
We handle export clearance and shipping — you (or your broker) handle import clearance at destination.
Can I really order without visiting China?
Yes — this service is built for exactly that. Everything from quoting to inspection to shipping is handled on your behalf, with your approval at each key step.
Can you quote just from photos or reference links?
In most cases, yes. The more specific your reference (photo, link, spec sheet), the faster and more accurate the quote.
Do you have a fixed product catalog I can order from?
No — we're not limited to a catalog. We source directly from Yiwu Market and nearby suppliers based on what you need.
Can I mix products from different suppliers in one order?
Yes — this is one of the most common ways our clients order. See our Mixed Container Sourcing page for more detail.
